Museo storico dei Granatieri di Sardegna

The Museo storico dei Granatieri di Sardegna contains fifteen exhibition halls displaying weapons, photographs, battle maps, flags, and personal military objects.

The museum opened on June 3, 1922, following a 1903 initiative by military officials to collect historical artifacts related to the Granatieri Brigade.

The institution preserves the legacy of the Granatieri division through an extensive collection of Italian and foreign weapons, uniforms, and military documentation.

Visitors can access the museum from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 12:00, with special arrangements available for groups outside regular hours.

The museum walls display 8,500 names of fallen Granatieri soldiers inscribed in gold letters, commemorating their service across different conflicts.
