Haeundae I Park

Haeundae I Park is a residential complex with four towers in Haeundae District, with the tallest reaching 292 meters in height. The development spreads across three main buildings containing a total of 1,631 residential units, while one tower operates as a hotel for visitors.

Construction of this complex began in 2007 and finished in 2011, marking an important expansion of Busan's urban landscape. The project reflects South Korea's development of modern residential architecture during that era.

Daniel Libeskind incorporated postmodern design elements throughout the complex, reflecting South Korea's advancement in contemporary architecture and urban planning.

The site sits next to South Korea's largest marina and is easily accessible by public transportation. Visitors can explore the surroundings and enjoy views toward the bay, particularly from the waterfront areas nearby.

The structure ranks among the eight tallest in the country and showcases Daniel Libeskind's innovative postmodern architectural design. These design principles shape the appearance of the complex and set it apart from other modern towers in the region.
