Noardeast-Fryslân is a municipality in the Dutch province of Friesland with around 50 villages and settlements spread across a large territory. The area extends from inland farmlands to the Wadden Sea coast.
The municipality was created in 2019 through a merger of three former administrative districts. This consolidation brought separate communities under one governance structure.
