Aliw Theater, Performance venue in Pasay, Philippines
The Aliw Theater covers 3,614 square meters within the Cultural Center Complex, featuring a 27-meter-wide stage and seating for 1,275 spectators.
Fred J. Elizalde established this theater in 2002 as a gift to his wife Lisa Macuja-Elizalde, and it reopened in 2022 after surviving a major fire.
The theater presents concerts, theatrical productions, and ballet performances, with Ballet Manila regularly staging shows on its prominent stage.
The venue includes the 300-square-meter Aliw Theater Lounge and 765-square-meter Elizalde Hall for additional event spaces and gatherings.
The theater contains the largest orchestra pit in the Philippines, accommodating 100 musicians, unveiled in October 2012 as a birthday present.
