Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus in Kraków

The Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus is a Neo-Gothic church building located in Kraków. The structure spans roughly 52 meters in length and features a prominent tower that rises approximately 68 meters above the surrounding cityscape.

Construction took place between 1909 and 1912, with the final consecration delayed until 1921 following World War I. This gap between completion and dedication reflects how major historical events affected the church's opening.

The main entrance features a stone sculpture by Xawery Dunikowski showing Christ with outstretched arms. This welcoming gesture creates an immediate sense of connection for those arriving to worship.
