Osiedle Zgody, Socialist residential district in Nowa Huta, Poland
Osiedle Zgody contains fifteen residential buildings with stores located along the perimeter, including grocery shops, hairdressers, and various retail establishments.
Originally designated as Osiedle C-32 until 1958, this district emerged during the 1940s development of Nowa Huta as part of the post-war industrial expansion.
The neighborhood maintains an active community spirit through the OKS Zgodzianka football club and two branches of the Nowa Huta Public Library.
The district houses essential services including the VIII-Kraków Nowa Huta Police Station, State Fire Service, and multiple administrative offices of Kraków City Hall.
The neighborhood features three sports fields, several playgrounds, a park, and an inactive fountain surrounded by architectural elements from the socialist period.
