Pośrednia Turnia, Mountain summit in High Tatras, Poland.

Located between Skrajna Turnia and Swinica peaks, Posrednia Turnia reaches an elevation of 2,128 meters above sea level with steep rocky slopes.

The first documented ascent occurred in 1841 when geologist Ludwik Zejszner reached the summit during his exploration of the High Tatras region.

The mountain received its name from shepherds of Hala Gasienicowa, referring to its central position between two prominent peaks in the range.

Visitors access the mountain through a black tourist trail from Gasienicowa Valley to Swinicka Pass, requiring proper mountaineering equipment and experience.

The mountain slopes feature rare plant species, including the Carpathian fleabane, which grows exclusively in the Tatra Mountains of Poland.
