Praia do Evaristo

Praia do Evaristo is a beach tucked between ochre cliffs and large rock formations along the Algarve coast. The shoreline features golden sand with natural pools forming at low tide among the rocks.

A notable seafood restaurant operated along the eastern section from 1968 until 2023, drawing notable visitors over five decades. The beach itself developed as a destination where nature and human activity coexist along the shore.

At low tide, natural pools form among the rocks, revealing small sea creatures and offering excellent conditions for snorkeling. These shallow water areas become small wildlife viewing windows for visitors exploring the shoreline.
