Suceava County

Suceava County is an administrative district in northeastern Romania, stretching between the Eastern Carpathian Mountains and the Siret River valley. The territory contains several urban centers, rural villages, and mountain areas linked by roads and local transportation routes.

The territory served as the capital of the Principality of Moldavia from 1388 until 1564, fundamentally shaping the region's development. Numerous medieval structures from that era survive today, testifying to this important historical chapter.
