Ashgabat Stadium

The rectangular structure contains a football field with artificial turf, surrounded by an eight-lane athletics track with tartan surface coating.

Turkish construction company Polimeks completed this 20,000-capacity venue in 2011 to commemorate Turkmenistan's 20th year of independence from the Soviet Union.

The stadium hosts national celebrations, including Independence Day festivities with traditional fireworks displays and performances by local artists.

The complex includes seventeen training halls for different sports, two restaurants, internet cafes, and parking spaces for 1,252 vehicles.

Four secondary stadiums and a 2,000-bed hotel stand adjacent to the main stadium, forming an extensive sports and leisure complex.
