Çifte Minareli Madrasa, Seljuk theological school in Sivas, Turkey
The theological school features a grand entrance portal adorned with stone carvings and twin minarets rising symmetrically on the eastern facade.
Built in 1271 under the direction of Shams al-Din Muhammad Juvayni, the structure represents the architectural achievements of the Seljuk period.
The entrance portal displays intricate stone inscriptions featuring verses from the Quran, specifically from Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Al-Imran.
The building contains 42 enclosed spaces with barrel vaults, arranged around a rectangular courtyard surrounded by two-story arcades supported by columns.
The twin minarets display blue tiles inscribed with the names of Allah, Muhammad, and the four caliphs at their base sections.
