Chastity Arch for Qiu Liang-gong's Mother

The stone arch features four granite pillars with three sections and eight guardian stone lions positioned at both front and back sides.

Built in 1812 during the Qing Dynasty, this memorial structure honors the mother of Qiu Liang-gong who raised him alone after his father died.

The arch represents traditional values of filial piety in Chinese society, commemorating a mother who devoted her life to raising her son without remarrying.

Located at Section 1 of Juguang Road in Jincheng Township, the arch remains accessible to visitors throughout the day without entrance fees.

An Oyster Fritter Booth beneath the arch, managed by three generations, serves local specialties to visitors exploring this heritage monument.
