Blue Ocean is a residential skyscraper with 38 floors above ground and three basement levels located in Tamsui District of New Taipei. The building houses approximately 180 apartments and features modern contemporary design that defines the local skyline.
The building was constructed between 2007 and 2010 during a period of rapid urban development in Tamsui District. It reflected the expansion of the area as a modern residential hub in the region.
The building design by C.Y. Lee & Partners Architects reflects the modern architectural preferences and residential needs of Taiwan's urban population.
As a residential complex, access is restricted to residents and authorized guests. The exterior design and role in the skyline can be viewed from public areas nearby.
