Cathay Pacific Central Plaza

Cathay Pacific Central Plaza is a 135 meter tall high-rise with a triangular base and pyramid-shaped top located in Kaohsiung's business district. Office spaces occupy the lower 21 floors while hotel rooms fill floors 22 through 29.

Construction of Cathay Pacific Central Plaza began in 1998 and finished in 2000, marking a period of architectural growth in Taiwan. The project was part of Kaohsiung's transformation into a major business center.

The building brings together office spaces and a hotel under one roof, showing how Kaohsiung developed its business district. Visitors can observe the daily rhythm of a modern Asian city where work and hospitality exist side by side.

The building sits on Zhongshan 2nd Road and is easy to locate in the business district. Visitors can access the hotel, restaurants, and observation areas without interfering with the busy office traffic.

The 30th floor houses Cozzi the Roof Restaurant, where visitors can see Kaohsiung's skyline and the nearby 85 Sky Tower. The restaurant offers an unexpected dining spot with sweeping views right in the middle of the business zone.
