Farglory THE ONE, Modern skyscraper in Cianjhen District, Taiwan
Farglory THE ONE is a modern skyscraper in Kaohsiung with 68 floors above ground and seven basement levels. Inside, the building combines hotel rooms, residences, and commercial spaces distributed across its height.
The project began in 2015 under Farglory Construction Company and was completed by the end of 2019. The design resulted from collaboration between architectural firms C.Y. Lee & Partners and Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.
The building represents a combination of contemporary design elements through collaboration between C.Y. Lee & Partners Architects and Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.
The building has fourteen elevators serving all areas and making movement through the large complex easy. Visitors can reach different zones conveniently and should allow time to explore the commercial offerings.
The building is the fourth tallest in Taiwan and the second tallest in Kaohsiung. With a total floor area of around 166,000 square meters, it ranks among the region's largest mixed-use complexes.
