Giant Center

The Giant Center is a venue in Hershey, Pennsylvania that seats around twelve thousand five hundred people and regularly hosts sports, music and other performances. The building covers a large footprint with several entrances, merchandise stands and sections for different seating arrangements.

The facility was designed by the firm Populous and opened its doors in mid-October two thousand and two with a concert by a well-known singer. Since then it has served as home for an ice hockey team and hosted different events.

The complex takes its name from a major grocery retailer and brings together ice hockey games, school competitions and concerts across different music styles over the course of a year. Visitors can feel the local community's connection to ice sports, especially when the home team takes to the ice.
