Qassim University is a public higher education institution in Buraidah, at the center of the al-Qassim region. The campus includes faculties for medicine, engineering, Islamic studies, languages, and other fields spread across the grounds.
The university was founded in 2004 and has since grown into one of the larger educational institutions in the kingdom. Expansion of infrastructure and study programs occurred in several stages over the past two decades.
The institution maintains separate facilities for male and female students while offering programs in Islamic studies, languages, economics, medicine, and engineering.
The campus lies west of Buraidah city center, close to Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz International Airport. Visitors should note that access to certain areas may be restricted and prior permissions required.
