The National Museum of Antiquities is an archaeological museum in Dushanbe housing over 50,000 artifacts across two floors. The collection documents how Central Asian civilizations developed through findings recovered from sites across the region.
The museum began in 1934 with 530 items as part of the Tajik branch of the Academy of Sciences. It received its current name and a dedicated building in 2001.
