Dülük is an archaeological site on Keber Tepe containing remains from different historical periods and civilizations. The excavations reveal building foundations, pottery, and tools that show how various peoples lived in this location.
Settlement here began in the Late Paleolithic period and continued through the 11th century, with occupation by Hurrians, Hattians, and Assyrians at different times. Each group left traces in the layers of earth and building materials.
A fourth-century Christian church and Roman bathing facilities reveal the daily lives and religious practices of ancient residents. These finds show how people worshipped and cared for themselves in those times.
The site is being systematically excavated by researchers from Munster University, so some areas may be restricted or actively being dug. Visiting requires checking conditions beforehand to understand which parts are accessible to the public.
