Altınbeşik Cave National Park, Limestone cave national park in İbradı, Turkey.

This cave system extends through about 2200 meters of passages beneath the Taurus Mountains and contains underground lakes reaching depths beyond 15 meters. The cavern features multiple levels that create a complex underground landscape.

The area was placed under protection in 1994 by the Ministry of Forest and Water Management to preserve its geological formations. This official recognition marked the beginning of its development as a protected natural space.

The cave features in local folklore as a place of wonder tied to stories about underground worlds passed down through generations. These traditions shape how people in the region view and care for this natural space.

The best time to visit is during summer and autumn when guided boat tours operate through the cave. Access is not possible during winter and spring due to high water levels.

The underground world contains three distinct lake levels, with the deepest one housing an active river and cascading waterfalls. This hidden water world creates a rare underground landscape found in few other places.
