Sanyi Wood Sculpture Museum

The Sanyi Wood Sculpture Museum is an art museum in Sanyi dedicated to wood carving and related art forms. The building displays works in classical Chinese styles, artworks from indigenous communities, and contemporary pieces created by local sculptors.

The gallery was founded in 1990 as Sanyi Wood Sculpture Arts Gallery and received its museum status in 1995. This shift reflects the growing recognition of the local wood carving craft as a significant cultural heritage.
