The wheel was originally constructed in Fukuoka, Japan in 2001 and was dismantled in 2010 before being transported to Taiwan and reassembled at Lihpao Land. It opened to visitors in 2017, marking a significant addition to the amusement park's attractions.
The wheel has become a popular gathering spot for families and couples seeking a shared experience above the city, making it a familiar landmark in the local leisure landscape. It represents the kind of recreational destination where people mark special occasions and create memories with those they care about.
Opening hours vary by day of the week, with most days running from 9:30 AM to 9 PM to accommodate different visitor schedules. Free shuttle services operate from several transport stations, making arrival at the site straightforward for those using public transportation.
The cabins are equipped with air conditioning, USB ports, and Wi-Fi, making the ride more comfortable for longer stays. On clear days, visitors can see all the way to Hsinchu city from the top.
