Taichung Municipal City Huludun Cultural Center

The Huludun Cultural Center is a four-floor facility in Fengyuan with galleries, exhibition spaces, and a large public library collection. The building is organized to serve different arts interests and visitor needs.

The facility began as Taichung County Cultural Center before becoming the current center following an administrative merger of Taichung County and City. This consolidation brought changes to how cultural programs and services were organized.

The center houses a museum dedicated to weaving crafts, where exhibitions show traditional textile techniques and how they were practiced by local artisans. These collections preserve knowledge about regional textile traditions and make them available to the public.

The center is located on Zhongzheng Road near Yuanhuan East Road, easily accessible via the Fengyuan Interchange from the highway. Visitors should check ahead to see what exhibitions or events are on during their visit.

The center combines modern architecture with dedicated spaces for promoting local arts and hosting community events across multiple floors. This blend of art exhibition and public library creates an unusual cultural gathering place.
