Per Se is a fine dining restaurant on the fourth floor of Deutsche Bank Center with floor-to-ceiling windows facing Central Park. The rooms are decorated in muted tones and create a quiet atmosphere above Columbus Circle.
The restaurant opened on February 16, 2004, under chef Thomas Keller. He developed the concept as an urban version of his French Laundry restaurant in California.
