The cemetery contains 105 limestone headstones inscribed in German, reflecting the German heritage of early Pennsylvania settlers in the region.
The church interior includes a 28-foot ceiling, original wooden pews with straight backs, and yellow pine floorboards beneath all seating areas.
The cemetery wall measures three feet high and two feet wide, constructed of fieldstone, and contains graves of eight Revolutionary War soldiers.
