Weona Park Carousel

Weona Park Carousel is a wooden pavilion housing 44 hand-carved animal figures and 2 sleighs arranged in three concentric rows. Each figure demonstrates the careful craftsmanship that went into its creation.

The carousel was assembled in 1923 by the Dentzel Carousel Company from Philadelphia using animal carvings created between 1890 and 1917. The combination brought together figures crafted across multiple decades by different artisans.
