Sing Yin Secondary School is a boys school in Choi Hung, Kowloon, that has served students since 1970. The campus includes classrooms, science labs, sports facilities, and spaces for students to gather, with bright hallways and a functional layout.
The school was founded in 1970 as a Catholic institution focused on moral and academic development. It relocated to its current Choi Hung campus in 2011, moving from its original location in Lam Tin.
The school follows Catholic principles and emphasizes community bonds among students, teachers, and staff. Regular gatherings, musical performances, and events throughout the year bring people together to celebrate and support one another.
The school is located in Choi Hung near New Clear Water Bay Road and is accessible by bus or on foot. Keep in mind this is an active school campus, so visitor access may be limited during school hours.
The campus was recognized as 'The Greenest School on Earth' and features solar panels, wind turbines, and water-saving technologies. These features make it a remarkable example of sustainable school design in Hong Kong.
