The Zenith, Urban residential complex in Wan Chai, Hong Kong
The Zenith is a residential complex in Wan Chai comprising three connected towers ranging from 39 to 43 stories with a total of 652 units. The apartment layouts vary between 40 and 61 square meters (433 to 659 square feet) to accommodate different household sizes.
The complex was developed through a partnership between the Urban Renewal Authority and Chinese Estates Holding, welcoming its first residents in December 2006. The project emerged from renewal efforts aimed at revitalizing the neighborhood.
The residential units feature floor plans inspired by the Chinese character '日', which means a square or enclosed space, bringing traditional design thinking into contemporary homes.
The complex sits within three minutes' walk from Wan Chai MTR station, making public transport access straightforward. Residents benefit from onsite amenities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, reading room, and dance studio.
Each of the three towers offers different perspectives of the surroundings: northward toward Cross Street, eastward to Jockey Club Park, and westward to Tai Yuen Street. This orientation provides residents with varied views of the neighborhood from different sides.
