Linway Court is a 22-story residential tower on Stone Nullah Lane containing 44 apartments with two separate units on each floor. The apartments vary in size to accommodate different household needs and living preferences.

The residential building was constructed in 1987, marking an era of vertical growth in the Wan Chai district on Hong Kong Island. This period of development transformed the neighborhood with new apartment blocks.

Linway Court stands opposite the Blue House, the 1922 tong lau that has become a symbol of Wan Chai's old streetscape. Its own name, 年威閣, appears with the English form at the entrance, and the ground and first floors hold shops while residents enter from the third floor up.

Linway Court stands at 69–71 Stone Nullah Lane, opposite the Blue House. The building has 22 storeys, but residential floors run from 3 to 24 because the ground and first floors are shops. The eastern side faces older blocks and schools, giving higher floors an open view; flat A on upper levels can see toward Happy Valley.
