The golf club opened its doors in 1970, introducing a course design by Seizo Tomizawa that incorporated the natural landscape of Saitama Prefecture.

The course incorporates traditional Japanese landscaping principles with seasonal flowers, including plum blossoms in spring and various native trees.

The facility maintains two types of greens with bent grass and Bermuda grass, complemented by 100 strategically placed bunkers across the course.

The course layout presents distinct challenges between the Out course's dynamic flat terrain and the In course's strategic elevation changes.
