Tropical Beach

Tropical Beach is an urban beach in Ginowan Seaside Park with shallow waters alongside the Okinawa Convention Center. The grounds feature distinct areas for swimming, sunbathing, and holding large outdoor events.

The beach opened in 1993 and grew into a major recreation spot for Ginowan City residents. Its creation made it possible for the community and visitors to gather along the coastline.

The beach functions as a community gathering point where local residents and tourists come together for barbecues and outdoor activities throughout the year.

The grounds are easily accessible during the day with parking and changing facilities for visitors. The beach sits directly next to the convention center, making access by public transportation straightforward.

The beach features a dedicated soccer ground and can accommodate up to 15,000 people, making it suitable for large-scale seaside events.
