Ginowan Seaside Park

This 158,000-square-meter oceanfront park features extensive walking paths, cycling routes, tennis courts, and an outdoor amphitheater along the East China Sea.

The park, inaugurated in 1987, became a significant recreational facility during the post-World War II period when Okinawa needed new public spaces.

The outdoor theater hosts numerous concerts and performances throughout the year, accommodating up to 5,000 spectators for traditional Okinawan music events.

The park provides 350 parking spaces and contains multiple sports facilities, including a baseball stadium, gymnasium, and multipurpose fields for various activities.

Since 1985, the park has served as the spring training ground for the Yokohama DeNA BayStars professional baseball team.
