Visitors can reach the museum by taking a 15-minute walk from Yokaichi Station or using the Chokotto Bus to the Odako Kaikan-mae stop.

The museum houses a collection of kites measuring 100 tatami mats in size, representing one of the largest indoor kite displays in Japan.
