Swabi

Swabi is a city in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that sits between the Indus and Kabul Rivers at about 340 meters elevation. It serves as the second largest urban center in the Mardan Division.

Swabi was established as an independent administrative zone in 1988 when authorities separated it from Mardan District. This administrative reorganization marked a turning point in the region's development.
