Blk71

Blk71 is a seven-story building in one-north that houses over 100 technology companies, venture capital firms, and incubators. The building provides office spaces, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and collaborative work areas for all resident companies.

The building was constructed in the 1970s as part of the Ayer Rajah Industrial Estate and originally served as a manufacturing center. In 2011, it was restructured and transformed into a thriving startup ecosystem.

Daily work in shared spaces shows how entrepreneurs and developers constantly meet and exchange ideas. People use open areas and lounges to work on joint projects and build connections.

The building is open around the clock and offers flexible work spaces and infrastructure for visitors. Visitors can explore shared areas, but should note that many rooms are privately reserved for tenants.

The Economist publication recognized this location as having the highest concentration of entrepreneurial activity in a single building worldwide. This acknowledgment shows the special role the building plays in the global tech ecosystem.
