Fallsville Splash Park was a water park featuring extensive water play areas and attractions for families. The facility included a large play zone and a massive tipping bucket that drenched visitors.
The park opened in 1988 and served as a popular recreation spot throughout the 1990s until the early 2000s. It was later closed and eventually demolished.
The park emerged as part of a downtown development initiative that included entertainment complexes and hotels to revitalize the Niagara Falls area.
The site is located near downtown Niagara Falls where other attractions are clustered. Note that the park is no longer operational and the grounds are not open to the public.
The site remains vacant near Seneca Niagara Casino, making it the subject of land ownership disputes between local authorities and the Seneca Nation of Indians.
