The park emerged from an empty city lot in the 1960s where local seniors gathered informally before its official establishment in 1980.
The park functions as a community hub where senior citizens participate in talent shows, educational lectures, and holiday celebrations throughout the year.
Located on PR-123 Villa Street in the Clausells sector, the park operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The park maintains a regular attendance of 70 senior citizens, with its most senior member reaching 91 years of age.
