Atlantic City Training Center

The Atlantic City Training Center contains modern classrooms and tactical training areas for practicing real-world emergency response scenarios and procedures.

During World War II, the center operated as a United States Army Air Forces facility, utilizing 45 hotels and the Convention Hall for military training.

The training center strengthens community relations through public events where residents can learn about law enforcement operations and emergency response methods.

Emergency medical training programs at the center require participants to complete 220 hours of instruction, obtain CPR certification, and pass background checks.

The facility transformed the Atlantic City Convention Hall into a military exercise space where 4000 service members trained simultaneously during World War II.
