Hyogo Prefecture North Harima Leisure Village Park in Taka is a 13-hectare facility with Japanese gardens, rose gardens, athletic facilities, and multiple recreational spaces connected by pathways. The layout combines garden landscapes with modern leisure amenities, creating a varied offering for different activities.

The facility opened in 1987 as a Hyogo Prefecture leisure complex and came under Taka Town management in 2012. This change marked the transition from regional to municipal administration.

The garden blends traditional Japanese landscaping principles with contemporary facilities, and exhibition spaces tell the story of the region's copper mining heritage. This mix allows visitors to experience both classical garden design and local industrial history in one place.

The park is open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM with free entry for all visitors. Parking is available on site and public transportation provides convenient access to the grounds.

The complex houses adjacent sports facilities including golf courses, tennis courts, and baseball fields that provide comprehensive leisure options for visitors. Seasonal festivals like spring rose festivals add a festive element to a visit.
