Mechanica is an amusement ride at Liseberg that rotates passengers through three separate axes while lifting them up to 30 meters into the air. It comprises six individual gondolas holding 30 riders total, all moving together in coordinated spinning patterns.

The ride was added to Liseberg during a period when the park was modernizing and expanding its attractions. This installation was part of the park's broader effort to strengthen its position as a major entertainment destination in Scandinavia.

Riders must be at least 140 centimeters (55 inches) tall to board safely, and they should be comfortable with spinning motions at height. It is wise to secure any loose items before boarding, as the rotation and elevation create forceful movements.

The ride rotates a full 360 degrees while passengers are suspended in the air, made possible through a computer-controlled system that sequences the movements. This creates varying motion combinations, meaning no two rides are ever quite the same.
