Durmuş Yaşar Mansion, Art Nouveau mansion in Karşıyaka, Turkey.
The mansion comprises two connected blocks, with a two-story front section and a three-story rear section featuring a terrace and floral motifs on its facade.
Baron Aliotti constructed this residence in 1914, and in 1938 businessman Durmuş Yaşar purchased it, leading to its current name.
The building received protection status as a cultural heritage site in 1985, representing early 20th-century architectural elements of İzmir's residential structures.
The mansion underwent restoration between 2018 and 2019, and now functions under the management of the Yaşar Education and Culture Foundation.
The structure contains 678 square meters of interior space, displaying asymmetrical design patterns that characterize Turkish Art Nouveau architecture.
