The building represents the architectural transformation of Memphis during the 1960s, when commercial structures expanded beyond traditional downtown boundaries.
Located at 5050 Poplar Avenue near White Station Road intersection, the tower houses Independent Bank headquarters and offers multiple office spaces.
The structure formerly featured a revolving restaurant at its summit, which has since transformed into additional office space with the Independent Bank logo illuminating the top.
