The building marks the location of the first recorded white child birth in Cincinnati and remained a central point for corporate gatherings.
The structure maintains its position as an active office space, offering direct access to Cincinnati's main transportation routes and business district.
From 1946 to 2011, the building's first-floor lobby hosted an annual holiday model train display for the Cincinnati community.
