Detroit City Apartments

Detroit City Apartments is a residential tower in downtown with 28 floors housing apartment units for different needs. The building features a five-level parking structure, a fitness center, and a swimming pool located on the sixth floor.

The building opened in 1981 as Trolley Plaza and underwent several name changes throughout its history. After being renamed Washington Square in 2009, it received its current name in 2013.
