Hissar State Nature Reserve, Nature reserve in Qashqadaryo Region, Uzbekistan.
The reserve spans across 80,986 hectares of mountainous terrain, featuring peaks that reach elevations between 1,750 and 4,421 meters above sea level.
The establishment of Hissar State Nature Reserve in 1983 resulted from merging two protected areas: Kyzilsuv Reserve from 1975 and Miroqi Reserve from 1976.
The reserve contains the Cave of Amir Temur, which extends 400 meters into the mountain and includes a 6-meter-high entrance arch.
The reserve experiences temperature variations from -25°C in winter to 50°C in summer, with annual rainfall between 550 and 750 millimeters.
The territory houses 870 plant species, 32 mammal species, 215 bird species, and the 84-meter-tall Suvtushar waterfall in a narrow rocky canyon.
