Construction of the theater started in 2006 under Mayor Leopoldo López and reached completion in 2011 under Mayor Emilio Graterón's administration.
The venue accommodates 600 spectators and hosts numerous theatrical productions, concerts, and cultural events throughout the year under Fundación Cultural Chacao management.
The three-level structure contains rehearsal rooms, multipurpose spaces, dressing rooms, and storage areas to support various performance requirements.
The building's design incorporates fractal geometry inspired by the Ávila mountains, using metal trusses and steel columns connected through spatial coordinate nodes.
