Bathing Ghat, Bulandshahr

The ghat features four octagonal stone towers reaching 52 feet high, with red sandstone panels and white stone frames along the Kali River.

British district magistrate Frederick Growse supervised the construction of the bathing ghat between 1878 and 1880, with costs totaling 16,373 rupees.

The stone platform serves as a gathering place for Hindu rituals, local celebrations, and traditional festivals including firework displays during Holi.

The bathing ghat remains accessible throughout daylight hours, located at coordinates 28.408611 latitude and 77.8625 longitude near Bulandshahr's center.

Deep wells were excavated beneath each tower's foundation, making this engineering aspect the most expensive part of construction.
