Gölbaşı Şehir Parkı
Gölbaşı Şehir Parkı is a large park covering over 117,000 square meters (1.2 million square feet) in the Eymir neighborhood. It features a pond with water displays, a 42-meter (138 feet) rotating observation ride, a 265-meter (870 feet) zipline, sports facilities including football, basketball and tennis courts, plus walking and cycling trails.
The park was built to encourage young people in the community to stay active and healthy through sports and outdoor activities. It opened recently and has since become an important recreational destination for the Gölbaşı district.
The park is easy to reach on Cumhuriyet Cadde, a main street in Gölbaşı, with parking spaces near the entrance for convenient access. It stays open until late evening, making it suitable for both short visits and longer day trips.
