Following the closure of Piqniq rooftop bar, Plume opened in the same location under management from the two-Michelin starred restaurant Écriture team.
The establishment maintained a connection with Hong Kong's contemporary art scene through its location in H Queen's, a center for galleries and exhibitions.
The wine bar operated from Tuesday to Saturday between noon and midnight, featuring an extensive selection of 500 different wines and French cuisine.
Guests could select from a curated collection of premium cigars while observing the city lights from one of the highest rooftop locations in Central.
