Hansik Goo, Korean restaurant in Central Hong Kong.
The dining area spans across the first floor of The Wellington building, featuring contemporary decor with natural wood elements and minimalist furnishings.
Head chef Mingoo Kang established Hansik Goo in 2020, bringing his expertise from the two-Michelin starred restaurant Mingles to create modern Korean cuisine.
The restaurant merges traditional Korean cooking methods with global culinary techniques, presenting dishes like Samgye Risotto and Korean Fried Chicken with yuzu glaze.
Located at 198 Wellington Street, the restaurant accepts reservations from Tuesday through Sunday, serving lunch between 12:00 and 15:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 23:00.
The beverage program includes an extensive collection of traditional Korean alcohols, complemented by international wines selected by head sommelier Rex Leung.
